Last updated: March 2026

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the CheckMeOut platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of service

CheckMeOut provides a cloud-based restaurant management platform including QR-code ordering, menu management, order processing, and analytics. The service is provided on an 'as-is' basis and we continuously work to improve it.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

Pricing and payment

CheckMeOut charges a 5% platform fee per order (minimum EUR 0.30). There are no monthly subscription fees, setup fees, or hidden costs. Stripe charges its own standard processing fee separately. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

Data and content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to CheckMeOut (menus, images, descriptions). You grant us a licence to use this content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.

Acceptable use

You agree to use CheckMeOut only for lawful purposes related to restaurant management. You must not misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with other users' accounts.

Termination

You may stop using CheckMeOut at any time. There are no lock-in periods or cancellation fees. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with reasonable notice where possible.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DuckSnow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
