CheckMeOut is a restaurant management platform operated by DuckSnow. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable EU data protection laws.

We collect data necessary to provide our services: account information (name, email, restaurant details), order data processed through the platform, usage analytics to improve our service, and technical data (IP address, browser type) for security purposes.

We use your data to: provide and maintain the CheckMeOut platform, process orders and payments, send service-related communications, improve our product based on usage patterns, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Payment processing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment information on our servers. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level of security certification.
Data storage and security
All data is stored on servers located within the European Union. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, regular security audits, and access controls.
