There are two plan families: Digital Menu (starting at €10/month) for venues that want a digital menu with QR codes, and Full Checkout (starting at €29/month) for venues that want to take orders and payments. Each family has three tiers — Essential, Pro, and Ultimate — depending on the features and limits you need. Paying annually saves you 12%.
What is the order fee?+
On Full Checkout plans, we charge a fee from 2% + €0.25 per order to cover payment processing, hosting, infrastructure, and real-time order management. The exact rate may vary slightly depending on the payment method your guest uses. There are no other hidden charges.
Can I switch plans?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your backoffice settings. Changes take effect immediately. No lock-in, no penalties.
Are there any hidden fees?+
No. You pay your monthly plan fee and, on Checkout plans, a per-order fee starting from 2% + €0.25. There are no setup fees, no hardware costs, and no cancellation fees.
What is auto-translation and how much does it cost?+
Auto-translation uses AI to automatically translate your entire menu into multiple languages. It is included for free on the Ultimate plan. On Essential and Pro it is available as an add-on for €4/month.
Do I need to buy any hardware?+
No. CheckMeOut runs entirely in the browser on any device — phones, tablets, laptops. All you need is an internet connection. We generate your QR codes for you.
Is there a contract or commitment?+
No. There are no contracts, no lock-in periods, and no cancellation fees. You can stop at any time. We believe you should stay because you want to, not because you have to.
