How does pricing work?+
We have two Digital Menu plans at early adoption prices: Menu Only (€19/month) and Menu + Reels (€29/month). These are special introductory rates for early adopters. All plans include unlimited menu categories and items. Paying annually saves you up to 10%.
Are there any hidden fees?+
No. You pay your monthly plan fee and nothing else. There are no setup fees, no hardware costs, no per-visit fees, and no cancellation fees.
Can I switch plans?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your backoffice settings. Changes take effect immediately. No lock-in, no penalties.
What is auto-translation and how much does it cost?+
Auto-translation uses AI to automatically translate your entire menu into multiple languages. It is included for free on the Menu + Reels plan. On Menu Only it is available as an add-on for €4/month.
Do I need to buy any hardware?+
No. CheckMeOut runs entirely in the browser on any device. Phones, tablets, laptops. All you need is an internet connection. We generate your QR codes for you.
Is there a contract or commitment?+
There is a subscription agreement, the same as any software you pay for monthly. What there is not is a minimum term. Cancel whenever you want and you are not billed for the next cycle. No lock-in, no notice period, no cancellation fee.
Do you offer a free trial?+
Yes. Contact us and we'll set you up with a trial so you can see CheckMeOut in action at your venue before committing to a plan.
